Description: As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking to recruit Project and Program Management Consultants across a broad range of industry sectors and locations. We are looking for creative and energetic individuals who are passionate about project implementation and have the ability to help shape and drive key project and program initiatives.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

• Strong Personal and Professional Consulting Skills and Customer Focus
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communications Skills (verbal, written, phone, etc.) with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization
• Proven Program / Project management experience (minimum 3 years)
• Experience working on large, IT enabled complex projects
• Cross functional management experience
• Good relationship building skills
• Ability to lead, manage and motivate teams
• Delivery focused
• Structured, logical thinker
• Ability to work under pressure
• IT literate and familiarity with technology
• Prior consulting experience
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Project Server
• Some business travel may be required

Preferred Education and Certifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• PMP
