Significant growth opportunities have created a new opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager in the California market. As a Senior BDM at Affinity, your primary responsibility is to generate leads, qualify and secure new business opportunities, within the Information Services segment. You will establish, build and manage client relationships with key decision makers within the target companies including C-level executives, and leverage those relationships to understand the client’s overall business goals and identify avenues for Affinity to implement IT solutions while positioning Affinity as a strategic IT partner.

Responsibilities:
· Achieve business development goals (revenue and profit) for designated territory.
· Define and implement strategies that will help Affinity move up the value chain, potentially from staff augmentation to becoming a strategic solution provider to direct clients.
· Build long-term relationships with direct clients and system integrators by meeting their IT Consulting resource needs and contributing to their growth.
· Build excellent customer relationships at the C-level in the client organization. Understand the issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide high level IT consulting to them, so they can see the value proposition of working with Affinity.
· Provide regular updates via reports to the management on ALL activities pertaining to the Consulting business line.
· Formulating, developing and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable engagements
· Driving business and ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving/ surpassing sales targets. Expanding business reach and proactively creating new sales opportunities.
· Constantly interacting with prospects and maintaining cordial business relationship with key clients.
· Expanding services business by identifying new partners as well as maintaining efficient business relationships with existing partners to enhance profitability of services operations.
Your Qualifications should include:
Reference able business development success and overachievement of multi-million dollar quotas.
· Experience identifying project based IT solutions, opportunities and understanding of delivery
process.
· Experience meeting with clients to evaluate business needs, and provide navigation of sales process leading to implementation of consulting solutions.
· Expand business through new account development and continuously develop a pipeline of prospective clients.
· Maintain ongoing relationships with prospects/clients to ensure timely identification of new business opportunities.
· Strong “C” level presentation skills and group facilitation.
· Strong business knowledge of at least 1 vertical market
· Strong oral and written communicator
· Produced 2.5MM+ in Revenue for last 3 years
· Ability to travel as business requires
· Computer skills to include Excel, Word, MS Outlook and PowerPoint
EDUCATION:
Degree required.
Sales certifications preferred.
